Propositions didactiques pour la formation linguistique à visée professionnelle : approches réflexive et inclusive.
Résumé
Our proposal is part of axis 2 of the call for papers. It concerns language training for professional purposes. The objective is to examine the approaches used in these training courses. We rely on the research carried out on language at work with adults enrolled in integration or job security programs as well as our reflection in the Research Group Action Training, French, Integration, Skills (GRAFFIC, LIDILEM). After analysing the trainers' expectations and the learners' achievements, we will propose didactic paths for the linguistic training of adults. The aim is to provide trainers with the outlines of a hybrid formative reflective approach (Guernier, Sautot & al., 2017) that takes into account the learners' knowledge and the skills expected to act in situations they are likely to face.
