DIFFICULTÉS DES ÉLÈVES À INTERPRÉTER DES CONSTRUCTIONS DANS L'ESPACE. UNE ÉTUDE DE CAS

Abstract : The difficulties of Belgian high school students to work in three-dimensional geometry is a recurrent concern among teachers. The purpose of this paper is to study, from a didactic point of view, the interpretation of space constructions. We present the outcome of a test given to 17 year old students and link their justifications to the way they decode graphical representations they have to deal with.
