Different concepts structure the information system. The main structuring concept is the process. At the hospital, the process is the recovery of the patient for whom many trades work every day. In our orientation towards the information system, it is a question of taking into account all the processes as carriers of information; we will only deal with the informational content of hospital sector processes.
Diferentes conceptos estructuran el sistema de información. El concepto principal de estructuración es el proceso. En el hospital, el proceso es la recuperación del paciente para el que trabajan muchos oficios diferentes cada día. En nuestra orientación hacia el sistema de información, se trata de tener en cuenta todos los procesos como portadores de información; sólo nos ocuparemos del contenido informativo de los procesos en el sector hospitalario.
Différents concepts structurent le système d'information. Le principal concept structurant est le processus. À l'hôpital, le processus est le rétablissement du patient pour lequel de nombreux corps de métiers différents travaillent chaque jour. Dans notre orientation vers le système d'information, il s'agit de prendre en compte tous les processus en tant que porteurs d'informations; nous traiteront seulement le contenu informationnel des processus du secteur hospitalier.
