Archeo-BIA promotes the application of OBIA methodology and tools to the quantitative image analysis of archaeological artifacts. The OBIA field of expertise aims at improving the classical methodology and demonstrate their potential to calculate advanced morphological and contextual feature datasets including extent shape and other custom indices.
