Logics for games, emotions and institutions

Abstract : We give an informal overview of the way logic and game theory have been used in the past and are currently used to model cognitive agents and multi-agent systems (MAS). In the first part of the paper we consider formal models of mental attitudes and emotions, while in the second part we move from mental attitudes to institutions via collective attitudes.
