Influence des différentes sollicitations thermiques sur la fissuration des bétons calcaires

Abstract : The objective of this work is to contribute to understand the irreversible behaviour of the materials due to damage by studying the influence of the crack on the physical and transfer properties after different thermal treatments. The considered materials are chosen with different microstructures in order to investigate its influence on the crack nucleation. A limestone concrete has been compared to a very porous natural limestone. The measurement of elastic wave velocities, porosity and thermal conductivity were made on the samples after the heat treatment. Three different protocols were considered: thermal shock, gradual increase at high temperature and repetitive thermal cycles between room and higher temperature. The comparison shows a significant influence of the increase of the crack density on the properties of the two materials with a huge difference due to the microstructure
