The site of the Camp Saint-Pierre in Beutin is located on the north bank of the Canche valley. The features observed during the excavation are related to a domestic bath associated with an unidentified settlement that appears to extend onto adjacent plots, to the northwest of the site. The excavation of the building showed two periods of distinct occupations, divided into several phases of construction. The first building is on an artificial terrace. The remains associated with it are extremely eroded, but a plan can be identified and the presence of a first bath can be discerned. The dating elements associated with this first building are extremely tenuous: they allow, at best, to date the occupation between the 2^nd c. and the beginning of the 3^rd c. AD. The abandonment and the destruction of this first building are followed by the execution of a new one which corresponds to a complete overhaul of the bath area associated with the establishment. This facility is divided into two distinct parts; a classic circuit and another part that seems reserved for physical activities. The construction was abandoned at the beginning of the 4^th c. AD.

Le site du Camp Saint-Pierre à Beutin est situé sur la rive nord de la vallée de la Canche. Les vestiges examinés dans le cadre de la fouille correspondent à une installation thermale domestique en lien avec un établissement non identifié qui semble se développer au nord-ouest, dans les parcelles adjacentes. La fouille du bâtiment a mis en évidence deux périodes d’occupation distinctes, elles-mêmes divisées en plusieurs phases de construction. Le premier bâtiment a été aménagé sur une terrasse artificielle. Les vestiges associés à ce dernier sont extrêmement érodés, mais ils permettent de mettre en évidence le plan et d’envisager la présence de premiers bains. Les éléments de datation associés à ce premier bâtiment sont extrêmement ténus : ils permettent, au mieux, de situer l’occupation de celui-ci entre le II^e s. apr. J.-C. et le début du III^e s. Son abandon et sa destruction ont été suivis par la mise en oeuvre d’un nouvel édifice qui correspond à une refonte complète de l’espace thermal associé à l’établissement. Cette installation est divisée en deux parcours distincts, un circuit classique et un autre qui semble davantage dédié à des activités physiques. L’ensemble a été abandonné au début du IV^e s.
