Lung Tumor Tracking Based on Patient-Specific Biomechanical Model of the Respiratory System

Abstract : In this paper, we evaluate the 3D tumor trajectories from patient-specific biomechanical models of the respiratory system for a whole respiratory cycle, based on personalized physiological pressure-volume curve. This model has coupled an automatic tuning algorithm to calculate the personalized lung pressure and diaphragm force parameters .
