Coélaboration d’objets de savoir pour s’approprier la terminologie en français dans le domaine des affaires européennes et de la politique internationale
Résumé
This study focuses on teaching and learning terminology and phraseology in the context of an undergraduate course in French for European affairs and international politics for international English-speaking students. One of its main goals, namely the acquisition of terminology, is closely related to the development of the capacity to understand current affairs debates in media and institutional discourse, as well as to produce discourse that follows the French language norms. The research question focuses on the way the systematic learning of specialized lexicon is integrated into a dynamic learning system centered on the task-based approach. The proposed pedagogical scenario takes into account research in the fields of data-driven learning, phraseodidactics and a socioconstructivist notion of knowledge, which can be objectified in the form of co-edited documents. Thus, the proposed tasks, which aim to enhance the importance of terminology and collocations, place learners in the role both of social actors and researchers in order to build together a digital space that they will be able to reuse or even further develop in their subsequent academic or professional practice.
Cette étude traite de l’enseignement de la terminologie et de la phraséologie en français des affaires européennes et internationales en s’appuyant sur l’apprentissage sur corpus, la phraséodidactique et une conception socioconstructiviste du savoir.
