A semantic system for knowledge sharing in post-nuclear-accident situations

Abstract : In a post-nuclear-accident phase, people living in contaminated areas need to access the large and complicated domain specific knowledge of radiation safety. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a system that uses semantic web technologies to facilitate knowledge sharing, by combining semantic search on a document base and social media monitoring. We review the existing approaches and identify the technological challenges that still need to be addressed.
