I sistemi alimentary territoriali e il vino: la scelta del «locale» nel contesto della «mutazione ecologica» del diritto e della Politica Agricola

Abstract : Whereas the discussion on the need to eat locally is taking on a new dimension with the climate emergency, it is not totally excluded that some winegrowers make the choice of "local". This bet, based on the viability of viticulture production and marketing system firmly focused on local consumption, is part of the current thinking on Territorialized Food Systems. Its success seems a priori assured given the undetachable links between the territory, the terroir, the rural community and wine. Yet, in analysis, this link between wine and territory is more ambivalent than it seems. In this context, we must ask how and why to integrate wine in the SAT.
