Communication evolutions in the Pilat Natural Regional Park through biodiversity theme: 2010- 2015
Évolutions de la communication du Parc naturel régional du Pilat à travers le thème de la biodiversité : 2010-2015
Résumé
This article is based on research carried out in the Pilat Natural Regional Park (PNR) between 2010 and 2015 in information and communication sciences. More precisely, this paper focuses on the relevant communication issue concerning biodiversity in this period. We are trying to show how and why a regional park wanted to benefit from a communication system designed by the UN: International Year of Biodiversity. Here, we focus on the evolution of the discourse on biodiversity. Evolution between the discourse of the Park and the discourse of the Convention for Biological Diversity, but also evolution of the discourse of the Park between 2010 and 2015. This makes it possible to highlight the strategic stake of the communication of the Park on the theme of biodiversity and its evolution towards a more participative display.
Cet article s’appuie sur une recherche menée dans le Parc Naturel Régional (PNR) du Pilat entre 2010 et 2015 en sciences de l’information et de la communication. On y revient plus précisément sur le fort enjeu communicationnel à cette période autour de la biodiversité. On cherche à montrer comment et pourquoi un parc régional a souhaité profiter d’un dispositif de communication conçu par l’ONU : l’année internationale de la biodiversité. On se penche ici particulièrement sur l’évolution du discours autour de la biodiversité. Evolution entre le discours du Parc et le discours de la Convention pour le Diversité Biologique, mais également évolution du discours du Parc entre 2010 et 2015. Cela permet de souligner l’enjeu stratégique de la communication du Parc sur le thème de la biodiversité et l’évolution de celle-ci vers un affichage plus participatif.
