Designing Envelopes for Attention Policies

Attention regimes are plural and include : loyalty, alertness, projection and immersion. Attention policies become a critical stake for the public sphere. The design of media architectures should be understood as the design of envelopes so that the public can inhabit collective states of minds in a livable way.
