Influence de l'eau de barrage sur la durabilité du béton

Abstract : This experimental work studies the durability of dam concrete that is exposed to water treated with aluminium sulphate used as a flocculating agent in the purification of drinking water. Concrete specimens 10x10x10cm 3 made with CPA-CEMI cement 42.5 and with cement CPJ-CEMII / B 42.5 were analyzed. The evolution of the mass showed that the loss is much more marked with the CPJ cement than with the CPA cement. Nevertheless, the loss of mass is not important for both types of concrete (0.57% and 1.11%) and this for a high concentration of aluminium sulphate of 2500mg/l. Mechanical analysis shows an increase in resistance of 30% for a low concentration of aluminium sulphate (25mg/l) and for a high concentration (2500mg/l) for concrete with CPA cement. For concrete with CPJ cement, a 10% increase in resistances was observed for a low concentration of aluminium sulphate (25mg/l) and resistance was maintained at a higher concentration (2500mg/l).
