La famille de Bakula Rinpoche
Résumé
The 18th Bakula Rinpoche (1860-1917) belonged to the royal family of Zangla. The 19th Bakula Rinpoche belonged to the royal families of Zangla and Matho. I will first explain what the kingdoms of Zangla and Matho are. Then I will draw the 19th Bakula Rinpoche’s genealogical tree. It is interesting to note that several rinpoches belong to these two families, including Sras Rinpoche, Sera Rinpoche and Tsultim Nyima, the founder of Rizong gonpa.
This paper was presented at the international conference on Padma Bhushan Kushok Bakula Rinpoche in Leh, Ladakh, on October 1-3, 2016.
Le 18ème Kushok Bakula (1860-1917) appartient à la famille royale de Zangla, Le 19ème Kushok Bakula appartient à la fois à la famille royale de Matho et à celle de Zangla. L’auteur explique d’abord en quoi consistent les royaumes de Matho et de Zangla. Il dessine l’arbre généalogique. Il est intéressant de noter que plusieurs rinpoche appartiennent à ces deux familles : Sras Rinpoche, Sera Rinpoche et Tsultim Nyima, le fondateur du monastère de Rizong. Cet article a fait l’objet d’une communication lors d’une conférence organisée à Leh et consacrée au 19èmeBakula Rinpoche les 1-3 octobre 2016. Il a été publié en anglais dans les actes du colloque.
