Communautés épistémiques à l’heure du Linked Open Data : Cultures de l’information citoyennes dans la Société de l’Information et de la Connaissance

Abstract : The information and knowledge society is promoted as the archetype of innovation. Its functioning requires the use of data from Open Access, Open data and Open science. This use and the contribution to this model by the society's actors imply taking into account the problems of knowledge organization (KO). While Research Infrastructures are turning towards technical interoperability, OC operates according to the logic of epistemic communities that meet the problems of semantic and cultural interoperability. The formation of citizen information cultures places the OC activities of epistemic communities at the center of info-documentary processes. We present a use case involving several epistemic communities.
