Conception de modules courts sur mesure: quelles modalités de coopération entre enseignants-chercheurs et ingénieurs de formation ?

Abstract : The collective design of short “tailor-made” training modules, between professors and training engineers, seems to have been poorly studied. This is a professional point of view taking a step back over a decade of experience, using concepts of ergonomics applied to collective work analysis. A first look at the respective job descriptions reveals how ambivalent and asymmetrical are prescribed cooperations. Two short case studies tend to demonstrate that, depending on the situation’s complexity, the collective design would vary from a “distributed design” to a “co-design”. Several parameters of the cognitive synchronization between these two types of operators, seem to be specific to the academic world and could be further analysed.
