The dynamics of organizational trust -A case study
Résumé
I have been conducting a case study for two years in a company operating on the basis of "trust, autonomy and responsibility". My aim with this study is to understand how organizational practices can increase or decrease the level of trust of the employees towards the organization, over time and through the different levels of the organization.
