Intégrer le temps long dans les EIAH pour développer le pouvoir d'agir des apprenants

Abstract : In this article, we identify three key dimensions for Technology Enhanced Learning design concerning learner empowerment, namely: the openness and personalization of the learning system, learner autonomy, the social dimension. We propose to integrate long term on the two first dimensions, in order to go beyond formal education and make explicit the lifelong learning path and the support of the explicit self-regulated learning. We propose two modes to develop services to instrument this long term perspective, beyond traditional frame. We show how these services can integrate into open learning environments, thereby enhancing learner empowerment
