Résumé

The digital transformation of organizations is bringing changes both at the level of work and at the level of individuals. The purpose of this paper is to examine the individual impact of a combination of policy changes and technological and digital breakthroughs. More specifically, it attempts to answer the following question: how to respond to ministerial and institutional impulses requirements in terms of digital strategy and the adaptation of pedagogical processes? By analyzing the associated activity, we propose to shed light on the pre-implementation of a new digital tool and to anticipate individual change. An illustration by analyzing the teaching activity of French university lecturers-researchers allows to highlight the key factors that influence their perception of the individual change induced by the activity. We thus propose to shed light, by analyzing the activity, on the pre-implementation of a new digital tool and to anticipate individual change.
