Offre et ressource territoriales : quelles relations ?

Abstract : "Territorial offer", terms more and more widely used in the promotion material of local authorities in France, seems to have similarities with the notion of "territorial ressource". However, the concept which shows the spread of M. Porter's theory, is open to criticism (economically) and should be consider as a by product of marketing whose conventions it follows. Therefore, "territorial offer" has similar characteristics from one region to another as the example of Champagne, Picardie, Burgundy and Region of Paris show us. Since "Territorial offer" is not only the providing of information to activity sectors about the economic potentialities of a territory, but also a service for potential investors, it is distinctively a partial presentation of the competitive advantages of territories.
