Perspective énactive, expérience esthétique et développement langagier

Abstract : This article aims at showing through a few examples how a piece of art as an object of exchange (Arendt, 1981) can stimulate interdiscursivity and empathy, thereby fostering an aesthetic experience in a language course. It enhances the link between perception, experience and language learning. In addition, it examines the impact of our perception and others' perception on our verbal language. If the words used by the others in a language class influence our sensory motor activity, they play a key role when it comes to learning a language, which is enacted in the verbal sharing of visual and phenomenological experiences. It is relevant to highlight that the aesthetic experience of works of art affects not only the one who experiences it, but also the others who co-build the object of learning.
