Diagnostic de l’atrophie multi-systématisée par l’utilisation de réseaux de neurones convolutifs multi-modaux à 3 dimensions

Abstract : Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a neurodegenerative disease. The diagnosis and follow-up of patients with AMS is one of the objectives of modern neuroimaging. Multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging (mMRI) has shown promising results. The latest advances in convolutional neural networks have been used to create an architecture based on mMRI data that can discriminate between patients with MSA and healthy subjects. The results showed (i) the effectiveness of neural networks in discriminating MSA patients and subjects (ii), the ability to extract a spatial signature.
