Statistical study of a large structural file based on the Mendeleev table

The atom or element content of a large structural file is considered through relations between the occurrences of the elements and their geometric distribution obteined by correspondence analysis over the Mendeleev periodic table, which is considered as a rectangular (7x32) contingency table. The potential of various geometric tools is explored with different CAS files.
