Effect of the Oxygen Potential on the Mo Migration and Speciation in UO$_2$ and UO$_{2+x}$
Résumé
The effect of the oxygen partial pressure on the behavior of molybdenum in stoichiometric and hyper-stoichiometric UO2 was investigated by coupling SIMS, spectroscopic techniques (Raman, XANES), and DFT calculations. The relationship between the Mo chemical state induced by pO2 and its migration mechanism could be established.
