Les systèmes d’échanges du bénévole : une clé pour le management

Abstract : The aim of this article is to understand the relationship between the volunteer and his organization thanks to the theory of gift/counter gift. This approach have three phases: the gift, counter gift and surrender. It seems particularly appropriate to study the link between the volunteer and his association. The gift appears to be a determinant of the action voluntary. If the expectations of volunteers are not met, they have the opportunity to participate in another associative action. Our problem is the following: what the clarification of the trading system allows to provide support for the management of volunteers? To do this, an exploratory study in three associations humanitarian/solidarity was conducted from 24 semi-structured interviews. Following the analysis of these interviews, a classification of volunteers was established.. Recommendations management are then proposed.
