Asymptotic behavior for the Vlasov-Poisson equations with strong external curved magnetic field. Part II : general initial conditions
Abstract : We discuss the asymptotic behavior of the Vlasov-Poisson system in the framework of the magnetic confinement, that is, under a strong external magnetic field. We concentrate on curved three dimensional magnetic fields. We derive second order approximations, when the magnetic field becomes large, for general initial particle densities.
