This article touches upon the coherence of the content of the Maxims of La Rochefoucauld. The author examines the notions of cohesion and coherence and establishes elements of cohesion between the maxims based upon their thematic and lexical content.

В данной статье поднимается вопрос когерентности высказываний в сборнике «Максим» Ларошфуко. Автор рассматривает термины когезии и когерентности и обнаруживает элементы когерентности между максимами на основе их тематического и лексического содержания.
