Vers une optimisation intégrée des bâtiments basée sur un environnement permettant l'interopérabilité des outils numériques

Abstract : Performance optimization has become a standard approach for the design and control of energy systems, including the building sector. Contrary to the usual sequential approach, a holistic building design is more efficient since the optimum of a system can be different from the one obtained by separating its components. It is thus necessary to optimize the design by considering the building as a whole, attentive to its dynamics (envelope, system and occupants), environment, and its lifetime, particularly in the perspective of the climate change. This brings significant difficulties related to calculation time because of the combinatorial explosion, related to the decision variables and parameters uncertainties, during the optimization. In this paper we present a methodology seen necessary to solve such multi-objective optimization problem by using surrogate models or parallel computing to obtain the overall optimum in a reasonable computing time. The goal is also evaluating the performance functions with different tool that must be interoperable. Two case studies are also presented.
