Proposition d'une méthode générique d'estimation de parcs de bâtiments de bureaux pour la simulation énergétique

Abstract : Study of multi-scale (district, city, region) energy strategies requires new methods for building stock simulation built on databases characterized by a large scope and a local decomposition. Thus, in this paper, the recently released database SIRENE® is used to model office building surface stocks. Distributive keys are defined to allocate office surfaces according to the number of employees and the categories of business. Comparisons with other studies at city and national scale reveal a good fit between the Office building Stock Estimation model (OBSE) and the benchmark data.
