Medico-social sector includes various sets of institutions and services to support vulnerable people, such as people with disabilities. This sector must ensure personalized support to comply with the needs of each person. This work is based on a multidimensional characterization of services provided by medico-social institutions. The objective is to propose a mathematical model to deal with this multidimensional assignment problem (MAP). The distinctive characteristic of this assignment comes from that a need can be complied with different services and that a service is able to cover different needs at the same time. The proposed two-step model identifies the optimal set of medico-social services that are able to comply with the needs of people with disabilities.
