Abstract : This paper studies a fractional order model for the dynamics of an ElectroEncephaloGraphic(EEG) recording system. The data are collected from a home-made prototypeof ’phantom head’, and processed via a recursive identification method. This method is basedon a model structure derived from a Constant-Phase-Element approach of a former study. Theresults are validated via various criteria.
