V. Conclusions, The contribution of this paper is the resolution of the online time-delay estimation problem for the ultra-local model control, using the algebraic derivation techniques. The proposed algebraic approach leads to a closed-loop behavior which is robust with respect to noises, disturbances and unmodeled dynamics. The comparison with the PID controller shows that the designed controller is better in terms of robustness and trajectory tracking performances. Also, the adaptive character of our proposed control method provides best results with respect to the classical PID control, national Journal of Control, 2013.
