Résumé

The compositions and the volume fractions of the metastable \eta' and stable \eta phases formed in an aged 7050 alloy have been determined by atom probe techniques. These phases contain about 55 and 40 at% aluminium respectively and their zinc to magnesium concentration ratio is close to 1. The composition of the aluminium matrix was measured at different stages of decomposition of the solid solution. Local variations of composition correlated with the proximity of precipitates were observed.
