A simple method for the separation of Bacillus thuringiensis spores and crystals

Abstract : A simple new method, for separating Bacillus thuringiensis crystals from spores and cell debris, is described. The developed purification method uses hexane and low speed centrifugation and does not require any expensive material or reagents.
