Differential Spatially Modulated Space-Time Block Codes With Temporal Permutations

Abstract : We design a differential transmission scheme based on a novel temporally and spatially modulated space-time block coding codebook. Our proposed design is the first differential transmission scheme for spatial modulation with multiple active transmit antennas. Our numerical results demonstrate the significant performance gains of our proposed differential transmission scheme over the state-of-the-art schemes.
