Dynamiques d’appropriation et rapport à l’innovation. Le cas des 12 collèges « tout numérique » de Seine Saint Denis

Abstract : This study focuses on the implementation of the 12 colleges "all digital" built or rebuilt by the Seine-Saint-Denis department opened simultaneously in September 2014. The survey work was carried out over six months (November 2014-April 2015). The objective was to observe the representations of field workers (establishment Direction, teachers, students, educational staff ...) of these new colleges, genesis digital uses during the first year of commissioning of these colleges. What is it meaning through its various dimensions (configuration of class, equipment, resources, training…)? What are the obstacles and levers to his ownership? What dynamics are at work? We propose here an exploratory study to describe and document this "year 0". The processing and analysis of data is currently underway. Some results show that proximity of equipment, training, pooling spaces allow ton initiate a dynamic level digital uses despite significant shortcomings in this first year of implementation.
