Ancient glassy materials analyses: a new bulk nondestructive method based on fast neutron activation analysis with a cyclotron

Résumé

A nondestructive bulk analytical method based on instrumental fast neutron activation techniques was developed to study ancient glassy materials. This method enables the determination of up to 31 elements in objects of various shape and size made from natural or synthetic siliceous material.
