Experimental phase diagram of the AuSb–InSb section in the Au–In–Sb system

The phase diagram of the section AuSb–InSb in the Au–In–Sb system is established using differential scanning calorimetry. The results identify eight ternary invariants in the quadrilateral AuIn–InSb–Sb–Au: three eutectic-type reactions at (413.17, 386.6 and 355.4) °C; four quasi-peritectic reactions at (390.7, 376.1, 370.3 and 358.4) °C and one ternary peritectic at 396.2 °C. By taking into account the data of the literature, a representation of the ternary equilibria is given
