Experimental phase diagram of the AuSb–InSb section in the Au–In–Sb system

Abstract : The phase diagram of the section AuSb–InSb in the Au–In–Sb system is established using differential scanning calorimetry. The results identify eight ternary invariants in the quadrilateral AuIn–InSb–Sb–Au: three eutectic-type reactions at (413.17, 386.6 and 355.4) °C; four quasi-peritectic reactions at (390.7, 376.1, 370.3 and 358.4) °C and one ternary peritectic at 396.2 °C. By taking into account the data of the literature, a representation of the ternary equilibria is given
