Evocation des fouilles d'Apollonia en Albanie 1994-2005

Abstract : Between the agora and the roman monumental center the archaeological and epigraphic french-albanian mission brought to light a cross-road, two platforms, a temple, a warehouse and a building with concentric plan. These structures are situated at the end of an Hellenistic portico discovered in the 1930s. During 2006 a proposal of reconstitution was made, based on the hypothesis of the mission. The disparity of the availables informations for the augustean period and the incertainties due to the bad state of preservation led to the realization of an evocation preferred to a real, but too hazardous, restitution.
