CollabAVR - A collaborative application in Augmented and Virtual Reality

Abstract : With Virtual Reality, people can interact directly with the virtual environment and receive digital data to deal with. Blended with Augmented Reality, involving a direct gate between virtual and real environment, this become a powerful tool for real-time collaboration while using both technologies. We have developed a collaborative application allowing people to interact from different places. The local user is in a "real" environment, scanning it in real-time. The other users can then see and interact with this scanned environment and other people.
