Réalité Virtuelle : un outil pour l'archéologie

Abstract : The use of virtual reality in the field of archeology necessitates a team effort and the pooling of resources from diverse disciplines. Real time tools with graphic interfaces would greatly facilitate the simultaneous manipulation of complex data. These new methods would also allow scientists to handle previously inaccessible three-dimensional data. These tools have now become a must and there is an urgent need to evaluate their implications.
