Ceramiche fini di produzione pompeiana: i dati dal recupero e studio dei materiali dei saggi Impianto Elettrico 1980-81

Here we present a summary of the data currently available as evidence of a local production of black-gloss ceramics, archeologically attested in the Pompeii of the 4th and 3rd centuries B.C. and still present in the II-I century B.C. The evidence in question emerged during a large study project aimed at recovering and publishing finds (600 cases and over 100,000 records) from stratigraphic studies carried out in the western sector of the Pompeii forum on behalf of the Superintendence for Archaeological Heritage of the Provinces of Naples and Caserta.
