Some inequalities of the Turan type for confluent hypergeometric functions of the second kind

In the paper, the authors derive some inequalities of the Turán type for confluent hypergeometric functions of the second kind, for the Mellin transforms, and for the Laplace transforms, and improve some known inequalities of the Turán type.
