Évolution des conventions de qualité et enjeux de la singularité sur le marché du vin

Abstract : This article looks at the evolution of the institutional framework through the prism of the sociology of engagements. We show that the regulations, which have been European and Global for the last few years, fall within “de-singularization” and “liberal grammar”. This evolution impacts the conventions of quality that can be deployed. To highlight this path, we studied French and European texts from 1905–2014 and placed them in the framework of the WTO’s agreements.
