L’influence de la doctrine sur la jurisprudence du Conseil constitutionnel

Abstract : To question the influence of doctrine on the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Council might seem like a narcissistic enterprise. After all, How significant can it be that the arguments of the scientific community have an impact on the decisions of the Constitutional Council when this body effectively promotes the rights and freedoms of the citizen and guarantees the constitutional rules? What is the point of discovering traces of doctrinal influence on the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Council if it is not to satisfy a completely understandable need for recognition?
