Éthique et TAL" blog on the subject of women in the natural language processing domain (NLP) in France. This study shows that although women represent nearly half of the members (47%) of the French association for computational linguistics, ATALA, and although some efforts were made, they remain under-represented in the most visible and prestigious positions, Besides, the absence of statistics on the subject makes it difficult to investigate. We therefore propose some practical solutions and tools to make the imbalance more visible and solve the issue ,
