Energy in ghost-free massive gravity theory

Abstract : I calculate the energy within the spherically symmetric sector of the ghost-free massive gravity theory by explicitly resolving the constraints. The energy is found to be positive for globally regular and asymptotically flat deformations of the flat space. It can also be negative and even unbounded from below, however, the corresponding solutions of the constraint equations are either not globally regular or not asymptotically flat. Therefore, the negative energy states cannot affect the positive energy sector.
