Sorties avec l'école dans les musées de sciences : quels statuts pour le visiteur scolaire ?

Abstract : Describing and analyzing the school visits at the museum requires to consider the involved subject’s role in them. Being a student at school he is expected to act as a visitor at the museum. How, then, does the way in which the exhibitions' visits are organized, incorporate the subject's transition from one status to the other or the coexistence of the two statuses? This article, descriptive in the first part and theoretical in the second part, aims to highlight the way in which the pedagogical practices and representations of the people involved have acted on the potential status of the students-visitors. Its purpose is also to make us comprehend how the researchers develop this question and how they define the subject in question.
