The origin and development of (plastic) organic electronics
Résumé
These articles include reviews and discussions on organic and hybrid photovoltaics, organic transistors and photo-transistors, and last but not least, lasers. They also give an insight into the current fast and almost eclectic way in which semiconducting materials are, or are on their way to, occupying domains classically associated with inorganic materials.
